Welcome to the Office of Employee Quality! 

The Office of Employee Quality develops, coordinates, and implements activities that assist in the employment and retention of competent professionals who possess the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the needs of the District.

Services include but are not limited to employee support (ie, New Employee Orientation, Teacher Induction Program, certificate renewal, and National Board Certification) and employee evaluation (i.e., SAFE-T, GBE, and classified performance reviews).
