The Orangeburg Consolidated School District 5 Procurement Department provides an innovative, cost effective, and an efficient method of purchasing.  The procurement process is intended to allow vendors to bid on goods and services needed by the District in order to ensure maximum competition, resulting in a fair price.  All Invitations for Bid (IFB), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and Requests for Quotes (RFQ) will be highlighted in this area.  If applicable, Addendums, Intents to Award, and Awards will also be highlighted.
